New Beginnings 6.40 PM

from Aurora Musicalis by Sounds of Space Project

/

about

In the early evening the spherics, whistlers, weak chorus, and steady hiss of the afternoon persist. However, the nature of the signals starts to change and this is the first hint of the more dynamic activity to come, as the evening progresses. At around minute 03:00, the whistlers become stronger and more frequent, with some of the first examples being heard at minutes 03:12 and 03:32. Later, after 05:00, the chorus intensifies and the piece ends with fairly strong chorus activity.
The piano plays an ambient progression that contrasts chords in the left hand with a high pedal point drone in the right hand. The key of E Major has been chosen.
